Tattoo Studio Terms and Conditions
1. *Booking and Appointments:*
- All appointments must be booked in advance.
- To reserve a date, a non-refundable deposit of €50 or €100 must be paid within 5 days of setting it. Failure to pay the deposit will result in cancellation of the date.
- The deposit is non-refundable unless the session is cancelled due to the artist’s fault.
- Not showing up for the agreed date will result in the loss of the deposit.
- The artist may change the date if the client’s physical condition or skin condition doesn’t allow for a safe tattooing process.
- Emergencies or illnesses may allow for date changes without losing the deposit.
- Any changes to appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
2. *Age Requirements:*
- Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo.
- Minors must come to the studio with a parent or guardian and sign a consent form to get a tattoo on-site.
3. *Health and Safety:*
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions or medications that may affect the tattooing process.
- Clients with certain medical conditions may be advised against getting tattooed.
- The studio maintains strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
4. *Design and Custom Work:*
- The artist will create a tattoo design based on the client’s topic, references, and description.
- Custom tattoo designs may require a consultation prior to the appointment.
- Designs remain the intellectual property of the artist until payment is received.

5. *Payment:*
- Payment is due upon completion of the tattoo session.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, PayPal and Revolut only.
6. *Aftercare:*
- Clients will be provided with aftercare instructions following their tattoo session.
- It is the responsibility of the client to follow these instructions to ensure proper healing.
7. *Touch-ups:*
- A complimentary touch-up session may be offered within a certain timeframe after the initial tattoo session.
- Touch-up sessions are subject to artist availability and discretion.
8. *Liability:*
- The studio is not liable for any allergic reactions, infections, or complications resulting from the tattooing process, provided all instructions are followed correctly.
- Clients assume all risks associated with getting a tattoo.
9. *Cancellation and Refunds:*
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- In the event of a cancellation by the client, deposits may be transferable to a future appointment at the discretion of the studio.
10. *Conduct:*
- Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other clients.
- Any inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service and removal from the premises.
11. *Photography and Social Media:*
- Clients may be asked for consent to photograph their tattoos for promotional purposes.
- The studio reserves the right to share photos of completed tattoos on social media and other platforms.
12. *Modification of Terms:*
- These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, at the discretion of the studio.
13.*General Rules*
- Services are only provided to individuals who are 18 years or older.
- Clients must not be under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances during the session.
- Clients should come alone to the scheduled session and not bring children or animals.
- Smoking and drinking alcohol are prohibited in the studio.
- Clients should not touch objects on the artist’s stand during tattooing.
- Meals can only be eaten in the designated waiting room.
- The studio is not responsible for lost or left items
